Advent Square Senior Living Management Staff

Cecilia Carroll – Director 

Cecilia joined Advent Square Senior Living in 2022. She has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administrations and brings with her years of experience in diverse healthcare settings. She has held leadership positions in both investor-owned and non-profit healthcare organizations. Most recently, Cecilia was the Director of Patient and Family Experience for a community hospital where she was the point person for patient satisfaction, patient advocacy and customer service.

Cecilia comes from a large Irish/Italian family and is proud to be able to say that she knew all of her grandparents and most of her great-grandparents. Her maternal grandmother just celebrated her 100th birthday! Cecilia strives every day to create a warm and loving environment for those who call Advent Square home. She is often heard to say: “I want Advent Square to be a place where I would let my beloved grandma live.”

When not at work, Cecilia is very involved with her church music ministry where she is the Director of Music and the Principal Cantor, a classically trained Soprano, it is not unusual for Cecilia to share her gifts singing with our residents.

Michelle Garner – Nurse Manager

Michelle Garner is the Nurse Manager at Advent Square Senior Assisted Living. She is passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for our residents and is a true caregiver. Michelle is originally from California, but has called Florida home for 40 years. Michelle began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and continued her education becoming a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant and ultimately a Licensed Practical Nurse. Michelle leads the team of caregivers at Advent Square with grace, patience, and love!
